Entrepreneur Visa
  • £200,000 invest in new or existing
  • Guernsey Company.
  • Money in Guernsey Bank Account
  • Manage the Company by the Applicant
  • Be involved in Company full time
  • Have controlling or equal interest in business
  • Need evidence business will :
    • Create jobs;
  • Economically viable.
  • Business Experience
  • Business Plan
  • Business economically self sufficient
  • Business registered with income tax office
  • Applicant 18 years or older
  • No Criminal Record
  • Good Character
  • Sufficient funds to maintain yourself
